Great haircut. Brian took his time and gave me a perfect haircut with no rush. Very relaxing and professional. Great atmosphere and awesome "retro" barber shop environment. Straight razor shave on my neck and over the ears and sideburns. Just a great real barber experience!

I’m a stickler when it comes to people doing my hair with a stylist doing it for three years. Over the past couple of months I’ve been looking for that illusive high quality barber who I could fully trust to do my hair. Brian is the man for the job! Super thankful for the colleague who recommended me to him because I’ll definitely be back.

I just had my first haircut here and I will definitely be returning. Brian did a great job! He is friendly and I could tell he really enjoys his profession and helping people look their best!

I’m going to be straight up! I have been to many barbers in the Round Rock / Hutto area! Not all. But, many for sure. For sure over 75% of them. From East of the 35 to edge of Hutto towards Taylor and from Westinghouse Rd. To Palm Valley. Today just by chance/luck with everyone booked up or closed at 3PM! And trust me I looked. I found Retro Barbershop in Round Rock. Me and son were driving back to Round Rock after being far south in Menchaca for sons soccer Game. Walked in and from before I walked into shop. Brian greeted me and my son. Walked in and before I sat down Brian had already offered my son Icecream. Brian hooked me up! It was probably one of , if not the best barber shop experience I have had. Ever! I’m in my 4th decade and have lived in DC, Phoenix, San Diego and Florida. To name a few! So I have been to many great shops. I Got Medium skin fade, razor clean up, beard trim, mustache lineup, hair wash and conditioned. Son had his hair done by Grace. As my son was sitting in her chair she offered him his 2nd ice cream! Son was in heaven! Son had 2 guard on sides with scissor trim on top. So as for me… Brian broke out the warm towels, scented water spray, scissors, brush, comb, blow dryer, clippers, trimmer, hair pomad, powder, beard oil… felt like every tool in the tool box.. MAN!! I could go on and on! All I need left to say is I felt like I was melting into the damn chair!! I was so relaxed that it was if I didn’t get a fade or beard trim or anything. I straight up felt like I was at a spa. I felt like a king and when I said to him “Dang man! That was so relaxing! I never felt like that at a barbershop.”. Brian was like “That’s good! It’s how you are suppose to feel when you go to a Barbershop. Specially a traditional Barber! Shops nowadays are not like this.”. Overall, this place was great! I will be back. If you want a true barbershop experience and want to be treated like a king and get your moneys worth with a nice haircut? Give this spot a try. Take your son too! You won’t be disappointed.

Brian has been the best Barber I have ever had! He has been the most skilled at the craft and hands down the most genuinely talented I’ve had cut my hair. I leave feeling like a new man with every cut! His shop has nothing but positive vibes and he sincerely is the kindest man I’ve had the pleasure to do business with. Definitely worth a drive to sit in his chair, thank you for all you do for the community Brian!
